Brian Laurinaitis joined Johnson Kendall Johnson in 2003 with a background of sales and business management. Mr. Laurinaitis graduated from Rider University in 2006 with a BA in Marketing with a focus on Human Research Management. In 2006, Mr. Laurinaitis assumed the role of Commercial Account Executive where he was assigned the responsibility of implementing and monitoring JKJ’s service to their clients. Recently, Mr. Laurinaitis helped JKJ finalize a joint venture with the German broker Dr. Friedrich E. Hörtkorn GmbH in efforts to better serve JKJ’s German American client base. Mr. Laurinaitis has experience with international exposures and specializes on clients with multinational risks. Mr. Laurinaitis is extremely active in the German American Chamber of Commerce, working on their Program Committee. Mr. Laurinaitis also works with numerous non-profits in the city of Philadelphia, including The Variety Club and The Arc of Philadelphia.
Torsten Fütterer is a certified insurance manager (Versicherungskaufmann) and has studied Business Administration at the Leibnitz University of Hannover, Germany. With over 23 years of insurance experience, Mr. Fütterer has now been with Dr. Friedrich E. Hörtkorn GmbH for almost 5 years as head of the company’s International Department. Prior to joining Dr. Friedrich E. Hörtkorn GmbH, Mr. Fütterer was 6 years with Chubb Insurance where he was casualty practice leader for Germany. He also spent 13 years with HDI (now HDI-Gerling) Insurance in various positions including their head office in Hannover/Germany.

John Wright is President of JKJ & H International and has been with Johnson, Kendall & Johnson, Inc. since 1978. He graduated with a BA in Economics, with a specialty in Accounting, from Gettysburg College. Mr. Wright became a Principal of the firm in 1993 and is the President of JKJ Inc. and JKJ Benefits Inc.
He received the designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter in 1981 and the Certified Insurance Councilor program in 1998. Mr. Wright completed the Advanced Management Program at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University in 1992.
Mr. Wright has acted as a lead consultant for Fortune 500 Corporations and multinational companies involving risk management design including feasibility studies for alternative funding programs and captives.
Daniel Reck is a certified insurance manager and financial assistant (Versicherungskaufmann / Finanzassistent) and has studied Business Administration at the University of Bamberg and the University of Applied Sciences of Heilbronn, Germany. He has been with Dr. Friedrich E. Hörtkorn GmbH for four years of which he spent more than two years as a manager in the company’s International Department. In this capacity he has handled client accounts across the world with focus on the coordination of International Insurance Programs and compliance.
